Bellmarch Homes in Pagewood
A family of four, formally of Clovelly bought a small red brick single storey home in Pagewood, not far from the Eastlakes Golf Club, with a view to knocking it down and rebuildiing.

After consulting a number of builders they decided on Bellmarch Homes to build their new home, combining elements of the Michigan and Manhattan designs customised to suit their specific needs. One of the family's main requirement was to have a modern open plan design. They liked the Michigan downstairs but preferred the Manhattan facade for the front of the house.

The new house has four bedrooms, a study, form al and informal living areas, a large kitchen and a family room. Six sliding doors open out to the backyard and swimming pool.

The new two storey home now gives the family expansive views over the golf course.
