This is a knockdown and rebuild project by Craftsman Homes carried out in Campbelltown.
A young couple with three children had lived in the original fibro house for quite a few years and also owned the house next door as an investment property. They had made enquiries to knock the original house down, but found out it would be cheaper to give the house away.
They advertised the house and within a couple of weeks the house had been removed from the site.

Craftsman commenced work on the vacant site in July and finished work at the beginning of December. The builders found Campbelltown Council very helpful and easy to deal with.
