The home that was knocked down and rebuilt at Little Bay was specially designed to take advantage of the magnificent view of the Sydney city skyline which had been wasted on non living rooms in the old home. A sloping block required 3 story construction at the back & 2 story at the front, also consideration had to be made for the existing pool and rear garage. The owners were thrilled with the final result.
