The original home on this site was a three bedroom 1930’s bungalow. The clients purchased the property with the intention of knocking down the old home and rebuilding.

The site was very difficult and severely sloping. After some meetings with our design team, concepts were drawn to satisfy the client brief and site constraints.

Once approved by the clients the application for the development consent was lodged with council.
