| This house was a typical example of knockdown rebuild, an old house, small rooms, maintenance issues, prime location and clients that did’nt want to relocate from their existing address. Due to the size and nature of the site Felton decided to design the home with a garage under therefore reducing the scale of the footprint and enabling a larger house to be built. Tight council requirements meant that overall heights and neighbouring issues were addressed and some of these issues were critical to the outcome.
