| A young family, with three children, had been living in this single storey home in Vaucluse for some time before deciding they needed a bigger home to cater for their family needs. After much research they decided that it was a far more attractive proposition to knockdown and rebuild the old home rather than selling and trying to buy again in one of Sydney’s most expensive suburbs. The new home is a modified version of one of Felton’s most popular designs, the Villandry, a home they had on display at an earlier HomeWorld village at Kellyville. It shows Felton’s expertise in designing homes with a French Provincial flavour in addition to their reputation with the more traditional homestead designs.
