| Resulting from the initial meeting with the client, Felton was able to design a home that meet their requirements. The important requests were that Felton were to produce a façade that was timeless, something that will further mature with age. Some other considerations were that the house had to have 5 bedrooms to accommodate the families members and also have designated rooms such as studies, theatre and family for their lifestyle needs.
