| This striking home built by Gremmo Homes in Beacon Hill was designed to take advantage of views of both the Manly Peninsula and the Sydney CBD. The home knocked down belonged to the 1950s era and was in a poor state of repair. Among the many features of the new home were the unconventional window treatments, a cantilever ensuite design and a combination of traditional floor coverings (polished timber) and contemporary coverings (polished porcelain).
