GREMMO HOMES in Manly
This homes is a knock down rebuild project designed by Sanctum Design whose core philosophy is environmentally sustainable design. The project involved a holistic approach where the demolition, construction and landscaping was co-ordinated by Gremmo Homes.

This home at Manly featured the co-ordination of the pool into the construction of the home. An interesting council condition to be satisfied during design and construction was the provisioning of access around the home for a small native animal to maintain its habitat.

In addition to this, during council approval concerns regarding the height of the home were alleviated with the construction of temporary poles which demonstrated the finished height of the home to surrounding neighbours.
