GREMMO HOMES in Oatley
This homes is a knock down rebuild project designed by Sanctum Design whose core philosophy is environmentally sustainable design. The project involved a holistic approach where the demolition, construction and landscaping was co-ordinated by Gremmo Homes.

This project at Oatley also required a detailed hydraulic design to replace the inadequate stormwater and effluent system from the previous home which was knocked down. Such intricacies are not uncommon in knock down rebuild projects. The design and aesthetics of the home are appropriate for the neighbourhood while gaining a street appeal that the previous home was unable to attract.
