| Terry Sullivan and Graham Matherson formed Jandson Homes in 1986 and since then they have completed homes for well over 2,500 Sydney and Central Coast families. Although their early design ranges were intended for the many new estates, featuring long thin homesites, they have in recent years introduced a range of small two storey designs to accommodate the growing variations experienced in land shapes and sizes in the new marketplace. Today Jandson displays homes (see above) for all these land shapes and sizes. No matter what size or shape the block, Jandson Homes have a design to suit. For over two decades Jandson have replaced new homes for old in over forty local council areas across greater Sydney and the Central Coast. This experience has made them a market leader in knockdown and rebuild, being able to introduce suitable home designs for every type of homesite imaginable. These include narrow courtyard and conventional homesites as well as shorter, sloping, battle-axe and corner homesites. Once again they have display homes for almost all of these landshapes and sizes. It is part of their philosopy to keep the home building process as simple and as cost effective as possible so that they can deliver a new home on time and on budget. |
