A young family, with three daughters had lived in Davidson for 13 years before deciding to knockdown and rebuild. They found that renovations costs were totally out of the question so they asked Roselea Homes to combine two of their popular designs to build them a modern new home on their block, situated in a cul-de-sac.

The new home has four bedrooms, a full bathroom ensuite, a TV room, a lounge dining room, a study and a full bathroom downstairs. There is also a grand living room, a separate eating area, a coffee room and an alfresco entertaining area at the rear of the home incorporating a bbq and outdoor TV screen overlooking the swimming pool.

Modern features built into this striking sandstock brick home include ipod speakers in each room, surround sound downstairs in the kitchen and alfresco area.

Rear yard landscaping design and pool renovation was carried out by Total Home Improvements in conjunction with Living Edge Landscaping who completed all the landscaping and driveway works. These companies work in conjunction with Roselea Homes as a total package to the client.

They have also designed and completed the landscaping works for Roselea’s new Sapphire home on display at the Homequest Bella Vista Display Village.
